DRUMSKIMMER is a floating system designed to recover oil products on water surface.
The equipment, designed for clean up of hydrocarbon spills on sea, is also ideal in industrial sumps and tanks without using solvents or other chemicals. Its particular design allows it to be used in heavy seas. It recovers crude oil and its derivatives, gasoil and petrol. Operates in as little as 20 cm of water and is unsinkable. The construction materials are resistant to saltwater and aggressive chemicals.
The plastic frame features a tubular shape, where oily materials recovered by rotating brush wheels are gathered to be sent to a recovery tank.
