ACCORDING TO DIFFERENT MODELS THE CONTAINER MAY HAVE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL FEATURES:
» STEEL models: pickled carbon steel panel, bended and flanged, reinforced inside.
» INSULATED models: compacted insulation backpanel 40 mm, steel-polyurethane-steel, antiheating to grant an ideal thermal outside/inside
ratio with selfextinguishing properties.
» REI models: fire-retardant sandwich panel 100 mm (steel-mineral wool-steel) certified REI 120 by Italian National Ministry n. C.S.I.0640RF
regulation 91 dated 14.09.1961.

External coating:
Pickling and degreasing by phosphating.
High quality epoxy resins coating, loaded by rust passivation.
Polyurethane pigments finishing with medium satiny finishing.
Sealing of all rims by elastomeric polymers modified for prothermic resistance..

Containment sump:
Equipped with hot galvanized carbon steel grid with high load handles.

Doors:
Double wing or sliding (in same material as paneling).
Custom built sizes.

Ventilation:
Inside natural ventilation corresponding to 1/30 of plant surface.

Handling:
by forkliftable base structure or, upon request, by upper crane eyes.

Labeling:
Safety labeling for accident and pollution prevention in compliance with current EC and national regulations D.L.22 of 05/02/1997, D.L.
81/08.

Test:
Registration and trial test with hydraulic test carried out at full load during 48 hours at atmospheric pressure and room temperature.
Project and technical protocol as per CE regulation.
