Airbank is preparing for the 15th edition of Ecomondo, the leading exhibition for sustainability which will be held from 9 to 12 November in Rimini by announcing the launch of an important product, Accadue SO4 Neutral Gel. It’s an effective neutralizer of sulphuric acid which allows a safe response on accidental spills of this dangerous acid.

The Italian Ministry for Environment with its decree N. 20 of 24/01/2011 has made it compulsory for all the companies operating with lead-acid batteries, thus granting higher security standards for employees.
“Accadue SO4 Neutral Gel is the answer to the market demand for a product complying with recent safety regulations in terms of accidental electrolyte spills” – declaired  Technical Director of Aribank. “Sulphuric acid is extremely corrosive and toxic and can cause
severe skin burns. Thanks to its absorbency, Accadue SO4 neutralizes toxic, acid and corrosive poer of sulphuric acid. It allows even to have the visible proof of neutralization: if the powder changes colour, the neutralization has been carried out”.
Airbank will present the neutralizer during Ecomondo days at stand 170, booth C3 of Rimini exhibition, together with the most important products of their product range aiming to grant total security to employees and environment.
“At Ecomondo we will also present our new containment sumps, which will bring a novelty to the market” – continued the Sales Director of Airbank. “These sumps are extremely versatile, with dimensions designed to allow the operators to easily handle stored drums, thanks to their reduced height”.
Airbank is the Italian leading company for environment protection and industrial safety. Thanks to its photovoltaics Airbank in 2010 has avoided the emission of more than 64 tons CO2 in the air.
